Optimizing the Radiologist Work Environment is a hands-on and educational initiative developed in cooperation with The American College of Radiology Education Center, Evolve Technologies, Redrick Technologies and Barco.

THE OBJECTIVE

Optimizing the Radiologists Work Environment was developed to be an extension of the ACR continuing education series. The objective is to demonstrate and educate how an optimized reading environment enhances the interpretation process and benefits the physical well being of the Radiologist by optimizing both the work zone and the overall room conditions. Enhanced ergonomics combined with optimal lighting and sound conditions has proven to increase comfort, productivity, and diagnostic accuracy.
